Bo and Ryan, good job. Couple questions:
#1. keywords for the home page... is there a rule of thumb on how many is acceptable since for the keywords to be effective, they have to also be in the title and somewhere on the home page. Right? I've seen some sites that have tons of keywords and are ranked high in the search engines.
#2. How is the best way to monitor your keywords and how you rank and also how is the best way to track the movement of rankings.
#3. Is there a google site map created with an igroops site?
Tom,
1) The more focused your keywords, the better... that is the generally accepted rule of thumb
2) There are tools and services out there, I just check Google every few weeks.
3) No -- because the iGrOOp hierarchy is less than 2 levels deep, google finds all pages nicely. Plus, many customers have "hidden" pages they want to keep private by not linking.
