I love this interview!  Anna seems like she is doing very well.  There seems to be many tools and she is taking full advantage of most of them.  I liked hearing about her and how she prices her service.

This was a great interview. Anna is doing something very similar to what I am doing. The transition from email group to membership group is challenging but her ideas were helpful. Many of the things she is doing I am doing as well... so it was helpful to hear that it does work, I just have to remain optimistic and persistent.

One thing, I noticed that she has basically two websites; one intro main overview site and then the igroops site for the members to interact and utilize. I have been wondering how to do this. As it is, I have just the yahoogroup email site (which I hate) and the igroops site (which I love). Do you guys recommend that site owners have a "gateway" site as well? And if so, how does that work? Build a site and then link (like I have any idea what that details). As you can see, I am website challenged but very energized about the possibilities of my group.

At any rate... just wanted to say thank you for this interview. It was great for me; very helpful and inspiring. Perseverance... that's my mantra for now.
